Who we are, on paper
Last updated 17 August 2026
Anybody about to work with us — a company's CSR team, a district office, a partner organisation — has to check us out before anything else happens. This page is that check, done in advance, including the parts that do not flatter us.

You can verify these yourself: the company on the MCA portal, the Darpan ID on NGO Darpan, and the tax registrations on the Income Tax department's exemption search. We would rather you did.
Governance
The Foundation is governed by its Board of Directors. The Board list is published here once confirmed. As a Section 8 company, no dividend or profit is distributed to members, and no director draws remuneration for being a director. Our statutory auditor is yet to be named here.
Until the first financial year closes, there are no audited accounts to show. Anyone who tells you otherwise is describing a different organisation.
Money
- Programme funds, grants and CSR contributions are received only by bank transfer against a signed agreement. Account details are shared inside that agreement — never over WhatsApp, never by email alone. If anyone sends you our account details any other way, it did not come from us.
- We accept no cash contributions.
- We do not accept foreign contribution, and will not until FCRA registration is in place.
- We charge no fee to any participant, and no person is authorised to collect money from a participant in our name. See the terms.
What we can take, and what we cannot, today
We would rather say this here than discover it halfway through a proposal.
CSR money, directly. Not yet, in most cases. Under Rule 4 of the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, an implementing agency that was not established by the funding company itself needs 12A and 80G registration and an established track record of at least three years in similar work, and must hold a CSR-1 registration on the MCA portal. The Foundation is newly incorporated, so the three-year test is one we will pass by 2029, not today. The requirements were tightened further in 2025, and your compliance team will check them, so there is no point in us being vague about it.
CSR money, through a lead implementing agency. Yes. This is how the work runs now — we deliver on the ground under an eligible partner or a government scheme, with the agreement, reporting and audit trail that arrangement requires.
Government scheme delivery. Yes, under the empanelments named beside each program on the programs page.
Grants and domestic donations from individuals, trusts and companies without a CSR obligation. Not until the donation page opens — see the terms.
What our programs run under
Naming a department says which scheme a program belongs to. It does not mean that department endorses the Foundation. Our empanelment or delivery-partner standing for each is confirmed here as each is finalised.

What we do not have yet
- A year of results. No completion numbers, no placement numbers, no wage data. When there are, you will get the village, the date, the register somebody signed, and what it cost.
- Audited accounts, until the first financial year closes.
- FCRA registration.
- A three-year track record.
Asking us for a document
Registration certificates, the licence, the Board list, the auditor's letter — ask and we will send them. Reach us through the contact page.
