What this website is, and is not

Who runs it

This website is published by R.D. Navbharat Foundation, a not-for-profit company licensed under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, registered in Madhya Pradesh. Our CIN, registered office and other registration numbers, and how to verify them, are on the disclosures page. Using this site means these terms apply to you.

What the pages are for

They describe our work and the programs we run. They are not legal, financial, medical or employment advice. Nothing here is an offer, a guarantee of a place on a program, or a promise of a job, a loan, a subsidy or a certificate.

What “with” means beside a program

Where a program on this site carries the name of a ministry, a department, an agency or an international body, it means the program runs under that scheme, on its terms, through the empanelment or agreement named on our disclosures page. It does not mean that body endorses the Foundation, recommends us over anyone else, or has seen anything else on this website.

Those names, emblems and marks belong to the bodies that hold them. We use them only to say which scheme a program belongs to, and we will take a name down the day the arrangement behind it ends.

Government schemes we deliver

Eligibility, subsidy levels, batch sizes and the rules of these schemes are set by the relevant department, not by us, and can change without notice to us. Confirm the current rules with the department before you rely on them. Where a scheme has its own portal, the portal is the record, not this page.

Who can join, and what it costs you

Places on a program are limited by the batch, the district and the rules of the scheme. Filling in an interest form, sending a message or attending a session is not admission, and the final say on eligibility usually rests with the department or the certifying body, not with us.

We do not charge participants a fee. Not for a seat, not for a certificate, not for a bank account, not for placement, not for a “registration” or a “file charge”. Nobody — no trainer, no partner organisation, no mobiliser, no person carrying our name at a camp or a college — is authorised to collect money from a participant on our behalf. Money

We are not accepting donations through this website. If anybody asks you to send money to R.D. Navbharat Foundation through a link, a QR code, an account number or a payment page, it did not come from us.

Programme funding, CSR contributions and grants reach us only by bank transfer to the account named on our disclosures page, against a written agreement. Never in cash, never to a personal account, never to a wallet.

When we do open donations, this page will carry the donation, receipt and refund terms before any payment page goes live.

Keeping it accurate

We take care that what is written here is true on the day it is published, and we correct mistakes when we find them. We do not promise the site is free of errors or always available. Where a page describes work that has not started yet, it says so.

Words and pictures

The text, artwork, photographs and the Foundation's name and mark belong to R.D. Navbharat Foundation. Quote us, link to us and write about us freely. Please ask before reproducing the artwork or using the mark, and do not use either in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

Photographs of people are published only with their consent, on the terms set out in our safeguarding rules. Do not lift a photograph of a participant off this site and use it elsewhere.

Other sites

Where we link to a government department, a partner or one of our social accounts, we are not responsible for what is on the other end. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, not ours.

What we are answerable for

We stand behind what we run: the training that happens, the register that gets signed, the certificate that gets issued. We are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website itself, from a scheme rule changing, or from a decision taken by a department, an employer, a bank or a certifying body.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. Complaints about a program, a person carrying our name, money, safety, or anything on this website go to us through the contact page, and we say what we are doing about it within 30 days. The full route, including where to go if our answer is not good enough, is on how to raise something.

If these terms change

We will change them, because the Foundation is young and the work is growing. The date at the top moves when they do. If a change matters — donations opening, a form going live, a new program with its own rules — the page will say what changed and when.

Law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
